Jiangsu Marching Power Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinchangzheng) showcases IGBT, MOSFET, SiC and other products under the theme of "driving the world of chips and embarking on a new journey". Xinchangzheng has attracted many exhibitors with its comprehensive and diverse exhibits. In the automotive field, Marching Power focuses on showcasing its 1200V 450A/600A EcoNODUAL3 IGBT module developed for commercial vehicle driver's drive, 750V 820A HPD IGBT module developed for passenger vehicle driver's drive, 750V 400A/600A HybridPACK 1 module, and 1200V 40/80m Ω SiC MOS product. Numerous partners and customers visited the Core Long March booth for guidance and communication.
The 1200V ED3 series modules independently developed for the new energy commercial vehicle driver platform and the 750V 820A HPD series modules developed for new energy passenger vehicles have been verified by OEM and Tier1 terminals, and have successively achieved batch supply.
